We love Summer!

Emma is a chip off the old block sometimes! We woke up one morning this summer to Emma covered in chocolate chips! She opened the fridge, grabbed the chocolate chips, opened them and proceeded to devour as many as she could before we woke up! They were everywhere. When I asked her if she was ready for breakfast, she informed me that she was "done." I'm sure she was....She probably ate a couple candy bars that morning. Oh, Emma!

Summer Days

It has been forever since we blogged last! The Helmicks have been a busy crew this summer. Steven has worked quite a bit and Keri has picked up some extra shifts as well. Our summer has taken us to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee and St. Louis Missouri! We are also traveling to Central Illinois and Iowa to round out the summer tour. We hope you enjoy pictures from our adventures!

Our friend, Gretchen Davis, took these photos of Drew and our family. She has done a fabulous job capturing our family grow through photos the past two years. As she moves on to Portland, we will miss her work, but will always be greatful for the great photos that she has done for us!
